E-mail & browser simplicity

The file size of high-resolution PDFs often prevents them from being sent as ordinary e-mail attachments. But with Webway, we're able to upload print-quality (1200 dpi) PDF proofs onto our secure, dedicated server and simply send you an e-mail link embedded in the message.

Clicking that link automatically launches your favorite web browser and takes you to our Webway server. Login with your user name and password to access your private folder and the PDF proofs we've left there for your review.

The high-resolution PDFs viewed in Webway are the same files later used for finished production in our Nexus RIP, ensuring content fidelity from proof to plate.

Precise view & zoom

The Webway interface is streamlined and easy to use, showing both the current PDF and your personal Projects Folder containing any other proofs available for review. If desired, any PDF can be downloaded to your computer with one keystroke.

The thumbnail preview opens with a double-click and enables magnifications as high as 5000%.

View traps, overprints and transparencies with a clarity and precision impossible in free programs like Adobe Reader™.

Approve, Reject, Comment

At any time during review, click the Green "checkmark" icon to approve the proof, or the Red "X" to reject it. Comments & production instructions can be added at any time either in dialog-box form or as "word-balloons" overlaid on the PDF display.

When you logout of the Webway System, our Prepress Department automatically receives e-mail notice of your approval or rejection. Webway proofing is fast and convenient... with no need for time-consuming phone calls, faxes or other correspondence.
