Certify Existing PDFs

We check every PDF submitted to us against a customizable set of standards suitable to its printing process (seen at right: our Flexo Profile). Flags can be set to warn, reject or even repair file problems on-the-fly. As the PDF moves through our system its embedded profile continually monitors and preflights any additional changes that may be made to it in the course of production.

Create Certified PDFs

As part of our InstantPDF system, we provide to our clients free of charge a set of plug-ins for the most popular graphics programs, to guarantee adherence to the certification standards recommended for their project. Both Mac and PC platforms are supported and with optional print drivers, press-ready certified PDFs can even be generated from non-PostScript programs such as Microsoft Word™ or Publisher™.

Quality Made Simple

The client interface of the InstantPDF system is clear and intuitive. Once the plug-ins are installed, just select "Save As Certified PDF..." from any creative program's File menu and then select a desired Queue (such as "NAG_Flexo" in the example shown.) A PDF is generated from the live file and passes through the certification criteria.

Approve or Reject

If the PDF passes certification, rely on its integrity and soundness to carry it successfully through our entire production process, from submission all the way to final plates.

Should a PDF fail certification, a list of problems is displayed (and even a map to find them in the file). That enables you to save time and money by fixing the job before submitting it to us!
